What is Matrix Reimprinting?
Matrix Reimprinting is a meridian tapping technique that has its foundations in EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique.
Matrix Reimprinting takes EFT to a whole new level.
During the process, new memories and new belief systems will be created.
Matrix Reimprinting is a wonderful way to gently transform traumatic emotional memories and beliefs.
This process works very well on both emotional and physical issues.

When you have a traumatic memory, that younger version of yourself, Which I will call an ‘Echo’ freezes and becomes locked in to that moment in time.
When the memory of that moment in time, or an aspect of that moment becomes triggered, you will re-live that event as if it is happening right now in the present moment, along with all of the feelings, actions and reactions that have been created by this.
In a safe and controlled way I will guide you back to the moment in time that is crying out for attention.
I will then guide you safely through that memory as you connect with your Echo to neutralise the painful emotional memories associated with the traumatic memory.
Once the traumatic energy has been released and cleared, this is when we will do the reimprinting process to create brand new positive self empowering thoughts, feelings, beliefs and emotions in their place.
Once you change your beliefs, you will change the vibrational frequency of your body.
This brand new vibrational frequency will get absorbed by every single cell in your body and mind and then we will send it out into the matrix of the Universe.
Sessions are carried out in the comfort of your own home safely online using Zoom.

Firstly a massive thank you. This may be a long one so here it goes. So I very unexpectedly found out I was pregnant. I struggled so hard with this I was stressed and shocked and so scared I would be unable to cope I spent most days crying and also along side this I had awful morning sickness .
