You cannot think your way out of an alarm that’s still ringing.


Understanding it doesn't stop it.

Until your brain stops responding as though the danger is happening now, the anxiety, fear, panic or anger will keep coming back.

I don't want to teach you to get better at living with them.


I want to find out why they're still happening and stop the trigger firing.

 

That's exactly what I do. 

You don't come to me for another coping strategy.

You come to me because there's something you can't shift, something you want to stop


That's the bit I'm interested in.


The thing that keeps coming back.

The response that doesn't make logical sense.

The fear you know you shouldn't have.

The anger that has you reacting, against your will.

The past you thought you'd dealt with.

The anxiety that appears to come from nowhere.


The part of you that still reacts...

...no matter how many times you tell yourself "it's ok"


That's where we work, until it works. 

This isn’t about one good session

It's about what changes in your life


I’m not going to pretend that everything affecting your life can be dealt with in one session.


I work intensively with a small number of private 1:1 clients over three to six months.


That gives us time to:


Work on what brought you to me.

Follow what changes for you.

Deal with whatever becomes apparent along the way.


Transform your life. 


I’m not interested in giving you one breakthrough that feels good for a week.


I’m interested in the changes in your life that feel like the most natural thing in the world.
