An outline of the MAP process:
Before your first MAP session, you will first watch a MAP Introductory video.
This video is around 12 minutes long and is the first part of the brain training process.
You do not need to understand it, however, you do need to have watched it.
This introductory MAP video will prime your brain perfectly, so that it is ready to commence the training process in your initiation session.
After you have watched the video, I will then hold an initiation session with you, where I will train your brain using The MAP Method to neutralise negative memories, emotions and beliefs.
I will train your brain to heal itself on instruction.
You will then choose an issue or disturbing memory you currently have that you would like to feel better about. We will introduce this issue to your brain and give it a MAP instruction to go ahead and heal it.
After the initiation session, we can go on to deal with any much bigger issues you may have, such as PTSD, traumas, anxieties, phobias, grief, physical pain, or any unwanted behaviours and beliefs.
MAP not only works to neutralise your negative memories, but it also works to remove any blocks that are standing in the way and holding you back from you achieving your goals, your dreams and your desires.
MAP is a complete Coaching Method taking you to exactly where you really want to be in your life.
One of the most amazing facts about MAP is that you do not even need to remember what is creating the painful or emotional memory, action or reaction that you currently experience.
Your focus only needs to be on the current presenting issue and MAP will work its magic to search out all of the connected associations that have been created throughout your life and begin the process of neutralising them one by one, until you are free from the chains that have been binding you to your past.
