Firstly a massive thank you. This may be a long one so here it goes.   So I very unexpectedly found out I was pregnant. I struggled so hard  with this I was stressed and shocked and so scared I would be unable to cope I spent most days crying and also along side this I had awful morning sickness . So knowing what a absolute life saver Anne is I booked myself a zoom appointment and the rest is history. After one session the difference was incredible my sickness was almost non existent I was able to accept my pregnancy and how my life was going to change . My birth was also amazing. I fully felt the rush of love and emotion after my baby was born that other woman talk about that I hadn’t felt with my previous children. I have also suffered all my life with bad anxiety. Anne has changed my life. I’m so much more positive my panic attacks are almost non existent and best of all after 8 years I’m medication free . Anne Marie is a life changer.  So thank you xxxx
