These General Terms & Conditions apply to services, appointments, programmes, courses, workshops, digital resources and other products supplied by Anne Carter / mindtrainer.uk, unless separate product-specific terms are stated.
Where separate terms apply to a particular product or service, those additional terms should be read alongside these General Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing, booking or accessing any product or service supplied by Anne Carter, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms & Conditions applicable to your purchase.
1. Services provided
Anne Carter provides therapeutic, educational and personal-development services and resources.

Where an instalment arrangement has been agreed, agreeing to pay by instalments does not necessarily mean that each instalment represents a separate purchase.
Where the agreed price is for a complete programme or package, you remain responsible for the agreed payment commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Appointments
Appointments are reserved specifically for you.
Please attend at the agreed time and ensure that you are somewhere appropriate and private for online therapeutic appointments.
If you arrive late, your appointment may still need to finish at the originally agreed time.
Where a specific cancellation or rescheduling policy has been provided to you at the time of booking, that policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Missed appointments or appointments cancelled without the required notice may be forfeited.
If Anne Carter needs to cancel or rearrange an appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered where appropriate.
4. Suitability of therapeutic work
Therapeutic work is individual and no particular result can be guaranteed.
Anne Carter reserves the right to decline, pause or discontinue therapeutic work where she reasonably considers that:

5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information where this may affect the suitability or safety of the service being provided.
You should tell Anne Carter about any significant change in your circumstances that may affect the work.
Therapeutic and personal-development work requires active participation.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions and choices outside sessions.
6. Medical and mental-health care
Services supplied by Anne Carter do not replace appropriate medical, psychiatric or emergency care.
You should continue to follow advice given by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals and should not stop or alter prescribed medication or medical treatment solely as a result of therapeutic or educational material supplied by Anne Carter.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, you should seek appropriate urgent professional assistance.
7. No guarantee of results
Every individual responds differently to therapeutic and personal-development work.
No specific therapeutic, psychological, emotional, behavioural, physical or financial result is guaranteed.
Testimonials and descriptions of previous outcomes represent individual experiences and must not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that another person will experience the same outcome.
8. Digital materials and resources
Any recordings, documents, worksheets, scripts, videos, PDFs, exercises or other digital resources supplied as part of a paid service are for your personal use unless otherwise stated.
You must not:

9. Intellectual property
X-Terminate® and original materials, recordings, written content, training content, programme materials and processes supplied by Anne Carter remain the intellectual property of Anne Carter and/or their respective intellectual-property owners.
Purchasing a service or product gives you the right to use the material for the purpose for which it was supplied.
It does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights to you.
10. Confidentiality
Information shared during individual therapeutic work will be treated confidentially, subject to normal legal, professional and safeguarding limitations.
There may be circumstances in which confidentiality cannot be maintained, including where:

11. Group programmes and workshops
Where you participate in a group session, programme or workshop, you agree to respect the privacy of other participants.
You must not record, repeat, publish or share personal information disclosed by another participant.
Anne Carter cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with confidentiality requirements, and participation in a group setting is therefore undertaken with that understanding.
12. Communication and support
The level of contact and support included depends upon the particular service purchased.
Unless specifically included in your package, purchase of a service does not provide unlimited access to Anne Carter by telephone, email, messaging or social media.
Any informal or additional support offered outside the service purchased is entirely at the discretion of Anne Carter and should not be considered part of the service or create an entitlement to future support.
13. Technology and third-party services
Services may be provided using third-party technology including video platforms, payment processors, email providers, cloud-storage services and website platforms.
Reasonable care will be taken when selecting and using these services.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed and Anne Carter will not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused solely by third-party systems or circumstances outside her reasonable control.
14. Changes or cancellation by Anne Carter
Occasionally it may be necessary to change an appointment, programme date, delivery method or other arrangement.
Where this occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an appropriate alternative.
If Anne Carter permanently cancels a paid service that has not been provided, any refund or alternative arrangement due will be dealt with according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
15. Refunds
Any specific refund or cancellation terms provided when you purchase a service or product will apply to that purchase.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions removes any statutory consumer right which cannot legally be excluded.
16. Liability and responsible use
You agree to use services and resources responsibly and in accordance with any safety information or instructions provided.

By purchasing, booking, accessing or using any service, programme, product or resource supplied by Anne Carter / mindtrainer.uk, you expressly agree that any claim, dispute or legal proceedings brought against Anne Carter arising from or connected with that service, programme, product, resource, payment, therapeutic work or its use shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales and shall be governed by and subject to UK law and jurisdiction of England and Wales.
By completing your purchase, booking a service and/or using the service or materials supplied, you expressly confirm that you understand and agree to this condition.
19. Statutory rights
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase, subscription to and use of
X-Terminate® On Demand Audios.
By purchasing a subscription, accessing the X-Terminate® On Demand library and/or listening to any of the audios, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About X-Terminate® On Demand
X-Terminate® On Demand is a subscription-based library of self-directed audio resources created and supplied by Anne Carter.
The library may include various recordings such as hypnosis, relaxation, clearing, and empowerment. The recordings are designed to support emotional wellbeing and help reduce the intensity of difficult thoughts, feelings, memories, triggers and emotional responses.
X-Terminate® On Demand is a self-directed resource.
It is not a substitute for individual assessment, therapy, medical care, psychiatric care or emergency support where these are required.

2. Subscription and payment
Your subscription will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorise the payment provider to collect the recurring subscription fee using your chosen payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date.
Access to X-Terminate® On Demand is conditional upon your subscription remaining active and payments being successfully received.

3. Personal access only – no sharing
Your subscription is for your own personal use only.
Your access must not be shared with any other person.

4. Intellectual property

Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
No part of X-Terminate® On Demand may be reproduced, distributed, republished, adapted or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

5. Safety – driving, machinery and activities requiring attention
You must not listen to any of the recordings, within X-Terminate® On Demand while driving or operating machiner.
You must also not listen while:

If an individual audio contains additional safety instructions, you agree to follow those instructions.

6. Emotional and trauma-related responses
Some of the recordings within X-Terminate® On Demand work with thoughts, feelings, memories, emotional responses, triggers and previous difficult experiences.
As a result, using an audio may sometimes bring previously unnoticed or unresolved thoughts, feelings, memories, sensations or trauma-related material into your awareness.
You understand and accept that emotional responses can vary from person to person.
You are responsible for deciding whether you feel able and comfortable to use a particular audio at that time.
If you become significantly distressed, overwhelmed, dissociated, emotionally destabilised or feel that an issue has arisen which you are unable to manage independently, you should stop using the recording and seek appropriate support.

7. Additional 1:1 support is not included
Your X-Terminate® On Demand subscription provides access to the audio library only.
It does not include:

If this occurs and you wish to work directly with Anne Carter, any such work will be provided as a separate paid 1:1 service.
1:1 support is subject to suitability, availability and Anne Carter’s current fees.
Purchasing an X-Terminate® On Demand subscription does not guarantee the availability of a 1:1 appointment.

8. Your responsibility when using the audios
By choosing to use X-Terminate® On Demand, you accept responsibility for using the materials appropriately and following the safety guidance provided.

No audio can take account of every individual’s personal history, medical circumstances, mental-health history or current situation.

9. Medical and mental-health considerations
If you have a medical, neurological, psychiatric or psychological condition which could make hypnosis, focused attention, relaxation work or emotionally activating material unsuitable for you, you should obtain appropriate professional advice before using the relevant recordings.
If you are currently experiencing severe psychological distress, a mental-health crisis or a medical emergency, you should seek appropriate professional or emergency assistance rather than relying upon an audio from X-Terminate® On Demand.

10. Results and outcomes
Every individual responds differently.
No particular therapeutic, psychological, emotional, behavioural or physical outcome is guaranteed as a result of using X-Terminate® On Demand.
Testimonials, examples or descriptions of previous outcomes do not constitute a guarantee that another person will experience the same result.

11. Cancellation and access
You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation facility provided through the payment platform.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation prevents future subscription payments from being taken.
Where you have already paid for the current subscription period, access will normally remain available until the end of that paid period.
Once your subscription has ended, your access to X-Terminate® On Demand will be removed.
If you later choose to rejoin, the subscription price and terms available at that time may be different from those that applied to your previous subscription.

12. Digital access and statutory rights
Access to X-Terminate® On Demand begins following purchase and provision of access to the digital library.
Where applicable, any rights you have under consumer law remain unaffected by these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to the library
X-Terminate® On Demand is an evolving resource.
Recordings and other materials may from time to time be:

14. Availability of the service
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain access to X-Terminate® On Demand.
However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruption may occasionally occur because of maintenance, internet or hosting problems, third-party platform outages or circumstances outside Anne Carter’s reasonable control.

15. No transfer of subscription
Your subscription cannot be transferred, sold or given to another person.
If you no longer wish to use X-Terminate® On Demand, you should cancel your subscription rather than transferring access to somebody else.

16. Limitation and responsibility
You agree to use X-Terminate® On Demand in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and all safety instructions supplied.
To the extent permitted by law, Anne Carter will not be responsible for loss or damage resulting from misuse of the recordings, failure to follow clearly stated safety instructions, unauthorised sharing of materials or use of the recordings in circumstances in which the user knew or reasonably should have known it was unsafe to do so.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Governing law, jurisdiction and agreement
By purchasing a subscription to X-Terminate® On Demand, accessing the audio library and/or listening to any of the audios or materials, you expressly agree that any claim, dispute or legal proceedings brought against Anne Carter arising from or connected with X-Terminate® On Demand, your subscription, the content of the library, or your access to or use of any recording or material, or 1:1 support, shall be brought in the courts of England and Wales and shall be governed by and subject to the laws and jurisdiction of The UK Courts, England and Wales.
